ANF & ANFD

Agitated Nutsche Filter (ANF) & with additional drying provision (ANFD) is a closed special designed equipment in which separation of solid & liquid carried out by filtration under pressure or vacuum. It is performing all operations in enclosed vessel ensures product quality consistency and non polluting working condition maintaining hygiene product & purity. This resulting in a higher yield with no operator contact and safety of operations. It can be used in all the sectors of Pharmaceuticals & Chemicals for suitable applications as mentioned below :-

• Consist of cylindrical shell with top dish & flat bottom end
• Bottom flat can be made in both form, welded or bolted. Bolted can be useful for replace filter cloth as well as for better cleanliness & maintenance of the equipment
• Mounting of agitator on hydraulic system (up & down) for uniform mixing, drying & filtration of the cake
• Agitator assembly can be provided with Stuffing box & Mechanical seal for sealing area
• Control panel with VFD option to maintain or achieve desired RPM for better result
• Agitator blades specially designed “S” type curved shape for high torque application
• Agitator can be run in both direction. In which Clockwise direction as well as compression for filtration & anticlockwise for drying application
• Agitator shaft can be design in hollow part to supply hot or cold media to blades for better drying of the cake
• After operation, liquid will be discharge from bottom & dried cake will be from side nozzle or manhole.
