It creates horizontal & tangential flow and well suited for low liquid level geometries. It can be solve heat transfer fouling problems with optional wall scrappers provision on blades in unbaffled vessel.

It generates higher radial flow & axial type of mixing. It can be install in up & down both pumping design. It is also good for blending & dispersing operations. Its angle of flat blade more efficient for solid incorporation.

This impeller is ideal for used in applications to stir high viscous liquid in laminar flow, with higher RPM & low power requirement than helical ribbon design. The CF-2 Impeller capable of carrying the process through any viscosity swings and upsets while maintaining optimal blending performance.

Mainly there are two types of disc impellers : i) Flat blade & ii) Concave blade. But concave disc (CD-6) most commonly used for Gas dispersion application, which creates radial parabolic flow. It can be made in two piece also for small entry vessels.

This type of disc impeller used in High speed Dispersion (HSD) application. In which its edges design for break lumps & shear its particle size as they creates lots of turbulence for break down solids integration in medium to high viscous application.

To create homogenizing effect & particle size reduction, mainly there are two types of homogenizers used in industries : i) Batch type & ii) In-line type. In which additional pumper can be used with stator-rotor for better & fast emulsify effect.
